Espinho is easily accessed by any means of transportation. Both the main railway and highway goes through the city.
Porto International Airport is located 25 kilometers from Espinho and therefore the best choice for flying to the event. There is a metro leaving from the airport three times an hour starting at 06:00 in the morning til 00:35 at night. The easiest way is to get off at Campanhã and there change to a train towards Espinho.
On the airport you should by a z6 ticket (this covers both the metro ride and the train) and costs from Porto Airport all the way to Espinho 2.65 Euros. Don’t forget to validate your ticket before entering the metro and/or the train!. They check and the fines are expensive!

Trains leave from the stations Campanhã and São Bento and will take from 17 minutes up to 30 minutes, depending on number of stations served on the way, at a cost of 1.70 Euros. These cheap trains are called suburb and have the final destination Ovar or Aveiro. You can buy the tickets in one of the machines or at the ticket office of the two stations.

If you are driving to Espinho there are some main highways passing very close to the city. A1 and A29 will bring you to the event fast and easily.
